By downloading or using Inked, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.
Inked is an iOS application that provides reference information about tattoo ink brands, including ingredient breakdowns, regulatory compliance status, and safety ratings based on publicly available information.
Inked is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional or a licensed tattoo artist. Safety ratings reflect our interpretation of publicly available regulatory and manufacturer information and do not guarantee that any product is safe or unsafe for you personally. Always consult a professional regarding allergies, skin conditions, or any health concerns before getting tattooed.
Information in the App is compiled from manufacturers' official documentation, public regulatory filings, and applicable regulations such as EU REACH. While we strive for accuracy, ingredient formulations and regulations change over time, and we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. All product names, brand names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Inked is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any ink manufacturer.
Inked Pro is available as a weekly ($19.99) or annual ($69.99) auto-renewable subscription. Prices may vary by region and are always displayed in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings at any time.
A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at support.apple.com/billing.
Inked and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding third-party trademarks referenced for identification purposes) are owned by Olga Afanaseva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Inked immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Olga Afanaseva, nor her employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or any damages arising from decisions made in reliance on information provided in the App, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
