Thank you for choosing Inked. We are committed to protecting your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our iOS application, Inked — Tattoo Ink Safety ("App"). If you have any questions, please contact us at tesitngbesting01@gmail.com.
Inked does not require an account or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any contact details through the App.
During the one-time onboarding survey, you may answer a few optional questions used to personalize your experience:
Your answers are not linked to your identity. We cannot identify you personally from this information.
The optional question about skin sensitivities may be considered health-related information. Answering it is entirely voluntary and requires your explicit action — you can skip it at any time without losing access to any feature of the App. The answer is stored pseudonymously, is used solely to tailor safety information shown to you, and is never sold or shared for advertising. You may request deletion of your onboarding answers at any time by contacting us at the email above.
Onboarding answers are used to personalize the content shown in the App and to understand, in aggregate, who our users are so we can improve Inked. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Inked uses two third-party services, each receiving only pseudonymous data tied to a random identifier — not to your identity:
No personally identifiable information is collected or shared with these services.
Inked offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed entirely by Apple. We never see, store, or process your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles payment data.
Content you save in the App (such as bookmarked brands) is stored locally on your device. Pseudonymous analytics and onboarding answers are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which they are deleted or aggregated.
Depending on your region (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with your device, and to withdraw consent for optional data you provided. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
Inked does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is intended for users of legal tattooing age in their region.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date above.
